Vision Development Plan

CONNECTING THE STEPS

Can you see in these P.A.T.s many of the ideas we all shared together? Some P.A.T.s are based on specific ideas, while others encompass some of the “bigger ideas” or dreams we shared together. P.A.T.s are open to everyone and those who have been involved in the Aims Teams can either stay with their original area or move elsewhere at this stage in the Vision process.

So, by following these Steps, we believe we can fulfil our postcard vision of where we’d like to be in 3 years time. A second document, The P.A.T. Pack, is available for P.A.T. leaders outlining the procedures involved and anyone can have a copy (it also contains a full description of the journey and processes we have gone through to get to this stage).

As you can imagine, there is still a lot of room for other P.A.T.s. Although a number of P.A.T.s have a range of 0 - 3 years, we are waiting on God to lead us towards specific ‘Year 2’ P.A.T.s. This is exciting, because in Vision, God is always unfolding things to us which we can’t even see now. So do not get the impression that we have finished Clearing Our Vision with this development plan. Far from it! On the contrary, we are just about to begin a new journey and new era with God at Lowe.

All we ask is that you give this your ‘all’ because that is what following Jesus in the local church requires. We ask that everyone plays their part in God’s Vision for the future - if we don’t, this Vision Development Plan will never leave the page!

This Vision Document outlines our strategic development plan for over the next three years; however "These things we continue to do" is also vital to Lowe in this time frame and includes all of our ongoing ministries and outreaches both at home and in support of ministries and missionaries overseas. Taken together "These things we must do" and "These things we continue to do", add up to one pretty exciting picture of God at work in our midst - and we are greatly humbled.

Please pray for everything!
