The story so far ...

It has been an exciting six months at Lowe. With seventeen Project Action Teams  (P.A.T.s) we are driving forward specific projects and ideals which were birthed from our vision explorations just over a year ago. And God has been so faithful! Some projects have come to fruition such as a Bereavement Care Course called  ‘Griefshare’, Language Classes, and Alpha off the premises. Other projects include a ten year redevelopment plan of the entire Lowe complex, a pastoral care friendship scheme and exciting youth initiatives. As a congregation, we are not primarily interested in building a large church; instead, we seek to do God’s work – to serve Christ in the local community. This in turn means a genuine appreciation of everyone in the church and the specific gifts God has given them. We feel obligated to find everyone a role to play and ministry to be part of. If you are a member of Lowe, or thinking of joining, please speak to Isobel some Sunday at the Information Desk. Above all, we believe God has a purpose for us in Finaghy and the surrounding area. As a leadership we are committed to following that purpose, recognising that vision is a constantly new and evolving experience.
