Reload is back on Sunday, 19th September! If you are
in the 1st to 4th year, then come along and join
us upstairs on Sunday mornings during the 11.30 a.m. service for
games, great discussion times ... and biscuits! For more details just

Revival '11. If you would like to join a team of volunteers who
will be helping with some initial administration for a conference and
celebration to be held on 10th February 2011 please contact
Steve Martin. A date will be arranged over the next few weeks for a
first meeting. The keynote speaker will be R.T. Kendall. More
information will emerge as we keep moving in step with the Spirit.

Moderator's Appeal for Flood Victims in Parkistan. Lives and
livelihoods have been swept away. Families and communities have lost
everything. They have been left marooned in the midst of the swirling
waters, without the necessities and are prey to disease. If you would
like to help there are Gift Aid envelopes in the pews. Please take one
and mark Moderator's Appeal. Thank you.
10. Table Quiz. You are invited to a Table Quiz on
Wednesday, 8th September at 7.30 p.m. in the Duckworth Hall
to kick off the new season for Contact Groups. So if you are in a
group or if you are not, come and have some fun. We would love
to see lots of young and not so young showing off their knowledge (or
lack of it!) of Geography, Football, Classical and Pop music.
11. Cake Stall. We will need cakes, buns, homemade
sweets, jam, homemade bread etc. for the Fun Day on Saturday, 18th
September. Please speak to Mabel Quinn.
12. Fulani Project Appeal - If you would like to help,
please pick up a Smartie Tube in the Vestibule and fill with 20p
coins. Thank you.
13. Operation Christmas Child - It's time to start
collecting gifts for your shoebox. It may be small but your gift in a
shoebox can change a child's life. Leaflets and some shoeboxes available
in the Vestibule. Sunday, 24th October is the closing date
for boxes to be returned.
14. Alistair and Alma White and family are
planning to return home at the end of October. They are looking for a
house in the Dunmurry area to rent (at least 3 bedrooms) and a 7
seater car to buy (max £5,000). If anyone knows of anything suitable
that will be available for end October/start of November please let
Andy and Clare Monington (92667120) or John and Daphne White
(90621670) know as soon as possible.
